Multiple Issues for ISBN 002043040X

There are multiple issues with the entry for ISBN 002043040X:

1) The GR entry is missing the page count. The page count for this edition is 429.

2) The GR entry gives a "first published" date (which is correct), but omits the publication date for the specific edition represented by this ISBN. The publication date for the edition corresponding to this ISBN is 1984.

3) The GR entry omits the "edition" information for this ISBN. This is the "First Collier Books Edition".

4) The author information is incomplete. In addition to Ann Elwood (who is correctly credited), Carol Orsag should also be credited as author. Additionally, there are two non-author creators credited in the book who should be listed as follows: "Sydney Solomon (Designer)" and "Lindsay Barrett (Drawings)".

I'll defer to whatever the policy is. However, I'll note that Solomon's role was apparently significant enough that he's actually listed on the cover with Elwood and Orsag (Barrett is only listed on the title page).

If there's reason to believe he contributed actual content, he would be listed as an author. If he's just the designer, he can be added to the description, but not added as an author.
