Combined editions causing a problem

Hi, apologies but I need help on this as I've had a few readers email and DM me wanting to post a review, but confused - or worried their reviews will disappear. Ceri's journey: Angels and Falling (Angels Among Us) are the same book, so I tried to combine them thinking it would update the old title. I self-pubbed this book June 2013 but it has since been contract to HarperImpulse - hence the change of title and launch on Oct 3rd, 2013. It is no longer available as Ceri's journey: Angels. I combined them, thinking the most recent version would then show up. Obviously that was incorrect. Thanks for your help.
