Book without cover and not connected to the ebook

Ok. I think I addressed all your concerns.

The book seems to be linked to you just fine. It looks like maybe you figured that one out okay.

I found the cover art on Amazon and added it.

I didn't see an existing e-version of the book when I searched, so I got the Kindle edition info from Amazon, added it to the GR database, and combined them.

If I missed something or you need anything else, say the word! :)
