Two Issues for ISBN 0930073045

Hi, there are two issues with the GR entry for ISBN 0930073045:

1) The GR entry gives the publisher as "Laissez Faire Books", but this ISBN is for the edition published by Fox & Wilkes.

2) The GR entry gives the publication date as "June 28th 1984", but the correct publication date for this edition is 1994.

Both points are verified from my own copy and by ISBN search on WorldCat: http://www.worldcat.org/title/our-ene... Thank you in advance.
