I have a trade paperback copy of Boneshaker I bought 4 years ago that sat on my bookshelves untouched. I also have an ebook copy from a humble indie bundle combined with not enough shelf space. Therefore it has been sitting in a pile of books I've been planning on throwing out for a few weeks. If someone wants it I can mail it to you media mail.
