Please if anyone finds the movie online for free with english subtitles only it would be fine, it doesn't have to be dubbed...

OK SO GOOD NEWSI did find some eng subs

I haven't really tried them yet but they seem to be working on the german version I found ( sorry I forgot where I found it but if some can't find it I may be able to find it again ... )
I will tell you very soon if the subs are working and seems logical ( as I do not understand a word of german I cannot be sure how accurate it is )

About the subs I watched the movie yesterday with this subs, there is some weird stuffs ( I think words in germans that are not translated right, like a word or two no big deal) but the overall translation seems good and is well timed !

I watched the movie. And OMG!!!Hopefully they'll make the third book into movie as well.
I really want to know how it all ends. I would read the book but unfourtnately it hasent been published in my language.

Hello! Thank you so much for the links! Would it be possible for someone to post the movie in German? Whenever I follow the provided links, my computer blocks them because of viruses. I would like to watch the movie in German with the English subs! :))

I have read the first book. But because my language and english are not the same, its best that I read the books in my language. Because then I'll understand what I read :)

i hope there's at least an english subbed version out soon otherwise me and my sisters will have to force my dad to sit there and translate for us which would probably become very awkward

Their quailty isent ten out of ten but it is watchable. I have to warn you, that the translation isent a perfect match to german.

Gone through the whole thread....it's really sad "nerve wrecking" that the English dubbed version is not coming any time soon but the subtitles will do for now. Watched 'Rubinrot' (with English subtitles), and though some differences with the book ... ok, which movie made from a book doesn't have differences ... I enjoyed the movie very much. Wanted to watch 'Saphirblau', but a reviewer (I. Lembcke) on Amazon.com wrote a review for 'Saphirblau':"While the movie is good, imho and I highly recommend it, a word of warning: first, as stated by Amazon, it is locked to Zone B, requiring a switchable Blu-ray player. Second, although the first German movie was published on DVD and Blu-ray with english language, this one was not. I wrote the publisher and got a fast, friendly, but unsatisfying answer, mainly stating money constraints for not putting the english sound/subtitles on the DVD and Blu-ray. What was not answered, was wether a dubbed english version was even produced for cinema - from the implications in the answer, my guess is not, but I will gladly edit this review if someone has different information."
So, it doesn't look good for us who need English subtitles or dubbed ...

Just so you know I found the German version with English subtitles at solarmovie.is Just type saphirblau in search spot and play on any link you want but the solarmovie site. You have to pay with that one but the rest all work without my having to pay.

I highly doubt that there is going to be a dubbed version.
I watched the film and it was amazing but the subtitles were not good at all and at times confused the hell out of me, does anyone have a link to good subtitles? cuz i really want to watch it again. :)

Search the torrent sites for Saphirblau by the release group -HANDJOB. They've got the only decent English subs I've come across.
wish sapphire blue was dubbed :( I have a downloaded copy with subtitles but id rather have a dubbed one :'(

I don't understand why they dubbed the first one yet hasn't and it seems sadly not going to dub the second one why dub the first one get a bunch of US, UK and other countries happy, excited and interested in their movie only to not dub the second one and who knows and what would be the point in dubbing the third one? I I alittle upset
