He smiled a little at her as he held her," Hey." He said softly,"it was fine are you alright?"

He nodded a little," Alright well we'll get you better." He said pulling her into his lap
She smiled and leaned against him, "I know."
He kissed her cheek and kept her close to him
He smiled back at her," Come back to the house with me."
He nodded," I know." He said gently setting her down and then getting up and helping her up too.
He helped her into his house and up to his bed.
She smiled gently, "Thank you."
"No problem honey." He said softly laying her down
She curled into his bed, "It's so soft."
He chuckled a little and laid down next to her," I guess so"
"Mine's been filled with cardboard since mom died," she sighed.
He pulled her close," We'll fix that later baby."
She pulled close, "Thank you."
He nodded a little," You're welcome." He said kissing her cheek
He cuddled close to her," Go to sleep sweetheart." He said softly

She didn't wake until so late that her brother had gone to work.
He woke up a little before she did. He looked at the time and cursed," Stacey wake up." He said softly shaking her gently
"You're going to be late." He said
She shot up and looked at the time. She shook in fear of later, "I already am. He leaves at 9:00 ever morning..." It was 10:30.
He sat up and pulled her to him," I should have set the alarm to wake us." He said softly
She pressed into him, "I don't want to go home...but I have to..."
He held her close careful of all of the cuts a bruises on her," I know sweetheart I know."
She was so terrified of him.
He gently kissed her cheek," I wish I could keep you from him somehow."
She whispered, "I'm terrified..."
He frowned a little," I know baby."
