This is where you can create pokemon types, abilities, moves, HMs and TMs, devices, evil pokemon-stealing teams, and any other things you can think of.

Team Dark Rainbow-Like Team Rocket, but less harsh
-Still tries to clone Pokemon, but not just for power
-Relationships between Humans and Pokemon are allowed, even to the point of marriage but only with Pokemon who are more anthro or has same features of the Trainer

ϟ Appears somewhat small to an outsider, but they have a huge base of
operations in uninhabited, northwest Unova.
☁ Includes well-known members of society such as several Gym Leaders, Elite
Four Members and Champions.
ϟ Their base is large, but they have several small holdings in other regions
thanks to affiliate members.
☁ The majority of the few interactions with civilians are reported to be
polite and civil, but several have quickly turned violent.
ϟ Team Thunder is well practiced at hiding themselves and their operations,
with only a 10% rate of being disbanded by authorities.
☁ Their leader is a woman, but nothing else about her is known.
ϟ They are not seen as an enormous thread at current.
