Hi Apurv,
welcome to the group! I love seeing younger people love reading :) Warms the heart, it does!

Check out Fiona's group "wildthings" as well, its YA based, so you may find the recommendations more to your taste.... tho we read EVERY genre under the sun here!!

Meghan | 23 comments I'm a newbie, too. I'm soon to be 16 and love language and reading and writing, history, math, chem., and just about anything nerdy.

I'm looking for some good fiction books, leaning towards historical fiction. I've read A Voice in the Wind and currently reading the Historian. Got any suggestions?

Meghan | 23 comments People who don't see a reason to read. I'm a speech nerd and I can give a 10 minute improptu speech about reading. I would to everyone who tells me reading is pointless.

Hi Meghan, welcome to the family :)
I love seeing other people reading when I am out and about. But usually that is few and far between. Perhaps we need to create a mission.... PUSH reading on strangers... he he he...

I joke tho :)

Meghan | 23 comments Here, Here! I don't see why people can't find something they would like to read. There are so many different choices out there, I don't even have time for them all.
