Cannot Refresh Ratings

I am an author and I've noticed that the rating details tab on my book page (Like Gravity by Julie Johnson) does not reflect the actual distribution of ratings I've received. When I try to refresh the ratings via the book "edit" page, I get an error message. Can a GR Librarian help me with this issue?
