Multiple Issues for ISBN 0030831768

The GR entry for ISBN 0030831768 has multiple issues:

1) The entry is missing the format. This ISBN is for the paperback edition.

2) The entry is missing the page count. The correct page count is 264.

3) The entry is missing the publisher. It is Holt, Rinehart and Winston, Inc.

4) The entry is missing the publication date. It is 1970.

Points 2, 3, and 4 are verified from both my own copy and by ISBN searches on Amazon and WorldCat. The format information (point 1) is not available on Amazon or WorldCat for some reason and is verified only from my own copy.
