is this a book?

I was cleaning up the profile of one of my favorite authors when I came across an edition of a short story I didn't recognize, couldn't find on any bookseller site, and couldn't find on the author's site:

Googling shows that this was a short story published in a literary magazine (hence the description I added to the edition). I don't think it's been published in any other format. Then I realized this might be a situation for NABing. I have had no experience NABing things, and while I've read the librarian's manual on the subject, I don't want to delete something outright from GR without a second opinion.

How should I handle this "book"?

There are some editions of this magazine on Goodreads, so one solution could be to add this issue also.

NABing is used for things with an ISBN, if we delete those items because it are not books, the will be reimported because of the ISBN.
