Do you need to solve your daydreaming?

Oh yes definitely! I daydream all the time, leading to some awkward situations where someone would tell me: "Do you remember that time where I told you about..." And I don't remember at all! This happens almost everyday.

Yeah, probably not!
The worst part is when I ask a question about a certain subject and that we spoke about it two minutes ago, but can't remember because I was daydreaming!
I preorderes the ltd edition of Knights Shadow by Sebastian de Castell. Its the follow up to Traitors Blades which was a great fantasy with more than a hint of Dumas Three Musketeers about it

YESSSS! I have almost all of these, just missing the most recent few I think :)
The last book I bought was The Quiche of Death which I got for 50p from a charity shop for my mum as I thought she would enjoy it :)

not sure it counts in fantasy and Sci - Fi but come on its walking dead
ahh Claire I'm so jealous! I love the Old Kingdom series :) Garth Nix was doing a giveaway copy of Clariel and bells charm bracelet a while back on his Facebook page - I didn't win, was a little gutted :(
I bought N0S4A2 by Joe Hill. I've been tempted to try his stuff for a while and my favourite bookshop were selling the HB for ten euro so decided to give it a go.

Joe Hill is very talented. I've enjoyed every book of his I've read.

Last two really enjoyable ones I bought were malice and valor by John Gwynne. They are the first two in the faithful and the fallen Series. They were amazing! Definitely one of my top five of all time now. I believe malice won the David gemmell award
I picked up Freakonomics: A Rogue Economist Explores the Hidden Side of Everything for a few ££ off Amazon Marketplace, and Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus! for the impending arrival of Babot (Baby Cabot :P )
I read the Freakonomics book. I thought it had some fascinating ideas, if maybe not wonderfully well documented reserach. But it's the kind of book that makes you think some.

Loving Babot! :D
Loving Babot! :D

Freakonomics: A Rogue Economist Explores the Hidden Side of Everything and the sequels are really good books on behavioural economics.
Kirsty - do you have the Terry Pratchett's 'where's my cow?' for Babot and yourselves? :)

Well i just ordered a copy of Sagans Diary by John Scalzi , a novella that slots between Ghost Brigades and The Last Colony in the Old Mans War series. It was a special edition done by Subterranean press so a nice one to get

https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/...
It follows the geography of london very well. Both this series , Gaimans Neverwherw and Tom Pollocks Skyscraper Throne series use the geography of London brilliantl and if you want to get a feel fir the cuty they are a good start
The Blade Itself
The Vagrant
Heirs of the Blade - and only £3 for this one, which was all paid for with Waterstones points... so free, for a brand new copy... I will admit to being a tinsy tiny bit smug :P

At least you have begun to realise the error of your ways :) You really need to read American Gods, The Graveyard Book and then all the rest of Gaiman's work. :)

Thanks to Kirsty linking the 3 for £10 on Amazon deal in our Deals thread, I bought Station Eleven, Edge of Tomorrow and The Girl with All the Gifts earlier. A nice present waiting for me when I go back to the UK in a few months <3
Since Edge of Tomorrow was £7.99 by itself, it was a damn good deal!

Though it is good that you have rectified that now
