She absorbed as much as she could.

She caught her again. "Dave, isn't she sweet?"
He still shook his head. " lets just get going", he said.
"Um, okay." She walked, petting Sloppy.
Sloppy started to run circles around them again.
" which way do we go now", Dave sighed.
"Alright, lets go", he said dramatically.
She took his hand and skipped.((How old are they?))
(( how old should they be?))Dave pushed the door open as sloppy jumped onto G.
((Idk))"It's empty... I wish some people were still alive."
"Maybe," she said uncertainly. "Maybe they just attacked this town."
" i sure hope it's not world wide", he groaned.
Sloppy was swatting at near by chip bags.
She opened one and put a few on the ground. "Try those." She turned to Dave. "Let's stock up here."
He nodded and started to take things as sloppy crushed the chips.
She tried to get non-perishables, but who could say no to such snacks?
Dave was more concerned with the now foods as he watched her.
She tipped her head a bit as if the concept was new.
"Here, I'll show you." She took a chip and ate it.
She dripped some water onto the creature, smiling.
She absorbed it al. " shall we go", dave asked.
"Yes," she said, picking up Sloppy. "Do you need to go?"
She sighed. "It's a long trip, you really should go."
