"...Dead?" she finished, looking around in fear.
" probably trying to get home from work", he said to reassure himself.
" well i'm not sure if they can", he stoped as he heard a familiar brrrrr sound.
" no", he said before glass smashed in the kitchen.
She screamed and ducked, putting her hands over her head. "I wish this was just a bad dream!"
" then i'd be fake", dave said flatly before sneaking to the kitchen.
"No, you'd be real in real life," she hissed, sneaking after him.
" for all you know", he said poking his head around to see another water beast.
"Great, now I'm considering Matrix ideas..."
" how did it even get in", he wondered.
((gtg soon))"It broke the window?" she suggested, whimpering.
" but why", he said ducking away from the beast as it looked in there direction.
" how does water eat", he said a bit to loudly.
" you think it would-", be froze as the beast had heard them and walked over.
He jumped back. " calm down.... Thing", he said.
The water beast was crouched down and wagging its tail.
Dave picked it up. " probably", he said.
" well this one won't", he said as it wiggled as it is grabbed.
" well i certainly don't know how to make it leave", he said.
" ladies first", he said handing it to her.
She threw it out and curled up. "Where are your parents?"
" on there way home", he said. The beast flew out with a screech and landed face first, and then liquifying.
He looked at the window. " i gu-", the monster reformed and looked at them.
"It hasn't hurt anything yet", he said.
"But... Okay," she picked it up, going outside.
She petted it. "Oh... I'm sorry. Here," she got it a glass of water.
The beast looked at the water silently. It dabbed it's paw in the water and started to grow, absorbing the water.
She sighed. "I thought you were going to hurt me or something."
It made its burrr sound and rubbed its face against her.
