I've owned this book for a couple of years, and by golly I'm finally going to read it! I'm a few pages in, and I'm enjoying it a lot. However, I can imagine a lot of folks might find it too weird, as it's not just sf. It's surrealist and metafictional, too.

That's certainly not my intention, Marty. It's just not straightforward action-centric sf. At least, that's not all it seems to have under the hood to me.

I've laughed our loud a few times just in the first 30 pages, but your mileage may vary, of course. :)
