OK...I need some encouragement. I started reading the Diviners 9 days ago and am only on page 119. I just can't get into the story. Does it get any better? I have so many other books I would rather be reading but will stick with it if I can get some incentive.

I'm on a wait list for the library ebook and haven't gotten a download email yet. I guess this is a very popular book.

It took me a while to get thru it too. Very slow pacing.

I'm glad I opted to get the audiobook. It seems to go quicker.

I got it pretty quick from BCPL. Havents started it yet. Got discouraged when I saw the length and need to finish another book for a book club I'm in with my coworkers. Hoping to start soon!!!!

I started reading it and got about 30% through but then got distracted by other books since I knew I couldn't make it to the meeting. But I'm going to try to jump back into it today.

I tried to read it once before but was uninspired. But I decided to read it for this group, and I'm getting into it. I flipped ahead to see what happens (I do that), and I've read the last 3 pages like 20x.

Everything is pretty much introductions until you get past the first 100 pages. Shortly after is when the mystery picks up. Even though it's slow paced, it's really pretty creepy.
