Best method to attract activity I would say is creating an event.

Such as? I'm trying to get people going first everyone needs to make connections and stories together.
Then I was having a main event for the Alliance.

I still need Antonia to make the X-Unity leader.

hmmm...well you can create an event that was based off a truce original made between mutants and humans. It can be an international event that is hosted in the name of peace and equality. It can also be a way for the Alliance to attack and for X-unity to be around enough to stop the Alliance.

The International Human and Mutant Peace Gala.

The Human/Mutant International Peace Gala sounds catchier lol. Okay...Also Antonia keeps getting stuck on History for one of her characters, but others near completion but cant come up with a detailed and good history for her, so I'm offering to you would you like to create the leader/Professor for the X-Unity female...

The Human/Mutant International Peace Gala:
The Once United Nations Day of Peace celebrated on September 21st has now be remade into a new listing of age.
The Human/Mutant International Peace Gala...celebrating the uniting of mutants and humans co-existing in leadership positions. Founded and proposed by Sweden originally and then France and the UK agreed to partake in it and slowly the entire world chose to celebrate peace among mutants and humans.

On this International Day of Peace, also known as Peace Day, people around the world take part in various activities and organize events centered on the theme “peace”. Events vary from private gatherings to public concerts and forums involving large audiences. Activities include:

-Interfaith peace ceremonies.
-A toast for peace.
-A peace choir.
-Lighting candles.
-Peace prayers.
-A peace convoy of vehicles and parade.
-Tree planting for peace.
-Art exhibitions promoting peace.
-Picnics for peace.
-Peace walks.
People from diverse religious and spiritual backgrounds also commit to organizing an International Day of Peace Vigil. Some groups observe a minute of silence at noon in every time zone across the world on Peace Day.

A releasing of doves and ravens is followed by a large gathering in New York City sometimes even larger than the crowds of the New Years festival. The symbolism of the Doves and Ravens flying together is the symbol of peach balanced with chaos life and death.

Ezekiel plans to take action this day when mutants and humans are all packed tightly within the streets of the city and more than enough witnesses to the great power of The Alliance. Ezekiel will make all bare witness to his power.

That works. However, I had thought we'd make a specific place where several international heads all join together both human and mutants of large corporate organizations. This would give Ezekiel more of an incentive to crash the party. We can still created a specific place for this of course.

Yeah Time Square will hold the party but there will be a building known as the United Mutant/Human Nations.

Also please add this to the Omega:
Omega's are an exceptional level of power with a still unexplained level of understand as to limits. Omega-level include immortality, extreme manipulation of matter and energy, high psionic ability, strong telekinesis, and the potential to exist beyond the boundaries of the known physical universe.

I can't add that because not all Omega's hold those qualities.

I arranged the list, the information is still in same order, but the ranking list is in correct order.

As for the omega's
Omega-level include immortality, extreme manipulation of matter and energy, high psionic ability, strong telekinesis, and the potential to exist beyond the boundaries of the known physical universe.

Immortality can be possessed by any mutant.
Only a PSi mutant has most of thsoe qualities, but that doesn't make all psi's omega's
Jean Grey was believed to be an Omega according to the pwoer she possessed, but the lesser control she held over it inreality ranked her more or less as a mere Beta

But it was Jean Grey's Phoenix her more primal split personality that was immortal and strong. Jean Grey was probably a Beta. But the Phoenix was an Omega. That was her most powerful part.

Plus, immortality though other mutant levels can have it. The combination of immortality with all the other traits make them an Omega.

I am not stating Omega to be a combinations of fix traits but the most well known to have had some form related to that combination.

Right...but the Phoenix inf act was not a mutant, but instead an entity. An entity that had taken control of even Professor Xavier before.
So either way not all Omega's possess such powers, but Professor Xavier was even considered an Alpha by some, but others an Omega...it is a complex argument that his been going on since Stan Lee created his heroes.

My verdict in question is that as uncontrolled Jean Grey was she is and shall always be an Alpha, whereas, Charles Xavier had full control over his abilities and quite powerful even given the enhancements of technology to attach his mind to all matter of beings. He shall always be an Omega.
