Two Issues with ISBN 0135091667

Hi, there are two issues with the GR entry for ISBN 0135091667:

1) The GR entry lists the format as "hardcover". This ISBN is for the paperback.

3) The GR entry omits the publication date. My physical copy and WorldCat have the publication date as 1981 (Amazon, however, has a publication date of 1982 for some reason for this same ISBN.)
