What makes characters amazing?

What do you think makes characters amazing? personally, I like characters with a sense of humor

If they are funny and charming and just fab

I like when they're funny, but don't out right give away everything about them. I also like when they're stubborn and determined.

I like them when they have idiosyncrasies, it makes them more relatable!

For male characters I would say...bit closed but actually Caring. Definitely not too overprotective.
For female characters I would like smart, confident and With reasoning virtues :)

Female heroes have to be tough and feminine, and the guys have to be sexy and smart. The Fairytail saga has the best character line-up because none of them are typical. They start out as stereotypes and then grow into people you think you know well.
