Do you have any hobbies from when you were little? How about right now?
I don't have any hobbies from right now, but when I was little, I collected state quarters.

Sierra July (sierrajuly) | 33 comments My hobbies were writing, drawing, and playing video games. Things I still do right now :) Another hobby that carried over from childhood is collecting Pokemon games :D One that didn't: basketball (Only cause I no longer own a hoop at home. Still love the sport.)

Hmm.... Right now I'm mostly focusing on playing Osu! I've only started it, however, I got addicted to this game and I already see some results of that on my hands.

What's Osu about, Karolina?

message 6: by Karolina (new)

Karolina | 172 comments Mod
It's a very popular rhyme game. You can download it for free. In some way it's similar to DDR (Dance Dance Revolution). The main difference between DDR and Osu is that in DDR you use legs to play and in osu you use your hands. XD
That's how playing it pretty much looks

However, this is the best player on Osu's rankings ... so I'm far away from that. :D

Elizabeth (hitchhikerbooks) What instruments do you play?

~Hannah~Musicale~ (hhs_piano4ever) | 49 comments I play piano, I'm a pianist (well I want to become one) and I really love music. Other than that I like to read manga and watch RWBY. I also play on my iPad a lot.

message 14: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth (hitchhikerbooks) That's awesome! My boyfriend is a pianist (which is great because I think I'd feel really self conscious all the time if I dated someone in orchestra). Is RWBY an acronym or is that what it (anime? manga?) is called?

message 15: by Jess (new)

Jess | 5 comments Awesome there are some musicians on here! When I have time I usually play trombone or write, compose, and read. oH and watching horror movies :)

message 16: by Candy (new)

Candy Candy (watcherofanimeandreaderofmanga) I'm a person who crafts a lot, but I also change my mind too much.... I've done origami, crochet, paper flowers, drawing, photography, writing, etc.
I love playing clarinet, and sometimes, I write notes to certain songs, but i don't often...

Z: Wizard (∩`-´)⊃━☆゚.*・。゚ (99AnimeKnight) | 55 comments I like reading manga, watching anime, daydreaming, talking whenever I feel like it, writing nonsense, hum, lotsa stuff.

message 20: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth (hitchhikerbooks) Bahhaha I love all the exclamation points next to drinking! Ahhh I miss hiking. I live in a city and have no car here :( . And man I am TERRIBLE at baking. Or cooking. Or bartending (entertainingly enough that was 1/3 of my job. Poor customers!). I just shouldn't touch the food stuffs haha

message 21: by Blood Bone and Muscle (last edited Oct 29, 2013 08:34PM) (new)

Blood Bone and Muscle | 43 comments I wish there was hiking here to. If you were to walk out of the city now, you'd be hit with plains upon plains upon fields of snow. The highest hill is the dump.

I like learning about assorted, strange topics. My life is built in no real order and half of what goes on in pop culture never reaches me.
Sleep is a beautiful gift.

message 22: by Candy (new)

Candy Candy (watcherofanimeandreaderofmanga) Yessssssssssssss. I love that time when I'm super sleepy, and I'm just lying there on my awesome bed, just thinking and thinking.

~Hannah~Musicale~ (hhs_piano4ever) | 49 comments PLAYING PIANO 24/7 (well obviously this is not true)!!!!!! <3<3<3

message 32: by Jamble (new)

Jamble (sycomantis91) | 10 comments As a kid: Writing, drawing, gaming, old TV shows/movies, anime, cartoons, playing sports with friends

As an adult: Only ones I don't partake in are drawing cuz my double jointed fingers make that obnoxiously hard, and sports cuz I need friends for that. But my mind has settled down enough to add reading

message 35: by Lára (new)

Lára | 185 comments I need to treat myself to another rewatch of Sekaiichi. It´s become my hobby to read and watch yaoi. I become so excited that I actually scream and the worst of it is that I´m not even always home so I appear like a lunatic is public

message 38: by Lára (last edited Nov 14, 2020 01:37PM) (new)

Lára | 185 comments I've finally cleaned my plant room. I have the decent temperature and humidity (I have guinea pigs in the same room so I had to make both theirs and plants needs in mind and meeting in the middle seems to be fine) so most of the plants are doing well there (some more sensitive ones I have in seperate room) but my Phalaenopsis orchids have new flower spikes coming out, and rainforest cacti are loving it there. Peace lily (Spathiphyllum) and Heartleaf (Philodendron scandens) and Dracaena (Sanseveria) trifasciata are doing great there as well. I also have an Aloe that was dead last year but I couldn' t throw it away because one of my University friends gave it to me 11 yrs ago, but it came back after I gave it some special care :)

Also have a 13 yr old cactus that my grandma gave me and it was so small before. I can barely lift it now.

I bring a new plant home every month (I'm addicted I know) but it makes me happy. Last month I got three African violets (and I already had at least 10 ) but they were in very bad shape and the lady in shop said they're going to throw them so she gave them to me and they have new leaves now (you can get a plant from a single leaf anyeay and they bloom whole year really) . I can't grow everything I want because I don't have the best natural light, but I manage to grow most of the orchids (not vandas) and most of the rainforest plants are ok. For cacti and several other plants, I use grow lights

Edit: keeps deleting parts of message
