Adding Author bio

I am attempting to help my friend out who is publishing her first novel in October. I was able to add the book information but it will not allow me to add her picture/bio info. I did apply to become a librarian but until I hear back, is there a way to upload this information? Thanks:)

They can either join as the Goodreads Author program and update the information themselves.

Or you can post information here and a librarian can make the edit.
