Fiction (Action/Sci-Fi Audiobook) Group heads underground with security and are slowly hunted by monster/evolved giant squid.

I "read" it recently, about 2012-2013ish. I wanted to share with a friend, but I couldn't recall the name/author.

I can't remember why the group went underground, I think it was to recover something. They took several armed guards down with them. Slowly picked off by "creature". The creature/giant squid starts can imitate voices and lures others in with the clothes of the fallen people and their voices.

The squid was gigantic, smart, and super strong.

Not sure what else I can recall, but I'll try to add more if things pop back in memory.
