The teaching runs in the blood! How Felton got to Minnesota: good scouts.

Some NFL teams have scouts who do attend Southern Conference games, because it's probably the strongest conference in 1AA (can't remember the new acronym), and there can be some players worth taking a chance on to be spotted.
