The ISBN number in this record was most likely assigned during a later printing of the same edition; it was pretty common when ISBNs were first used to have older books acquire them late in printing life. My assumption would be that you have the same book, if the other details match.
In my local library catalogue it has been given the isbn number 9100071775 but a quick Google search returns nothing about the book so I have no idea where they got that number from.

Not for books printed before ISBNs begin being issued in the late 1960s! :)

I've got some questions about the book above. I've recently acquired a version of this from my local library.
It is published by W.B.Saunders Company and has the same number of pages as above. Problem is that the book has no ISBN number because it is so old and came with no dust jacket. It is a plain hardcover that is green in colour.
The book above has a ISBN number but I can't tell if my version is the same or not.
What do I do?
