BOTM Recommendations for October

So many books--so little time! But I'm thinking Melissa Foster's Have No Shame. It's def on my reading list this month. Also like Divergent and Outlander's or the Addison Moore series.

Melissa Foster is one of the sweetest, most generous authors out there. I don't know how many thousands of authors she mentors. But I count my blessings to be one of them!

Divergent is really good! You should read it before the movie comes out. Oh, I also recommend A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness.

Ohh I just finished Insurgent and Allegiant comes out next month... I'm beginning too see a trend.. why are trilogies so good Delia? why did you write only three!!!!

I have been reading the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs, which was actually recommended to me by my 23 year old son! I am hooked... just pre-ordered the new one, which is not out until March!

Haha Marling! I suspected my story was more than a single novel...but to tell you the truth I just liked the sound of the word "trilogy" lol. But now wish I had just called it a series.

The magic in any series is that these characters unfold before the authors eyes (just like people do when you get to know them). I've just not been able to say good-bye to them. And fortunately it seems that you all want more from them too! xox!

so i am reading through this and wondering what kinds of books everyone likes to read? each month do we want to do a different theme or genre of book? thoughts?

You should check out Discovery of Witches, it's a Trilogy. It has Vampires, werewolves, witches, and demons.
