Polly Werran Sophie Hannah has been recommended to me. I've just picked up this in Oxfam and have her first novel winging its way to me. Does anyone know if I should wait until Little Face arrives, or can I read them out of sync? Thanks in advance.

Batsap It's okay to read them out of order, but having done so myself, I would actually recommend reading them in order. Otherwise following the relationship between the Spilling CID characters, especially the one between Charlie and Simon, can be a bit confusing. But in terms of character development and the crime stories themselves, there's no real reason to read them in order. Hope this helped!

Polly Werran Thank you - I'll wait for the first one then.

Sharon The Carrier is a seperate book in its own right as far as I am aware there are only two novels that can be read one after the other because of the same characters in them. Read them out of sync it really won't make any difference to your enjoyment of the stories. I have read a few of her novels and have not had a problem with any.
