Posted my final update. This was fun, but I have to say, I'm glad it's over. Two weeks is just too long for something like this to continue *sigh*
I can't imagine you NOT being burnt out at the pace you were reading Barb! You read almost as much as you did the entire month of September haha!

Barb, according to my math, your post adds up to 7,842 and you have it at 7,721? I had 7,707 before you added your last 135 pages?:)
Nicole, I need to know if your post is your final tally (aka did you read anything on Saturday?).Then everyone's up to date and I can turn it in.
I think we have a good chance of being in the top three... and maybe even winning the RAT!!!
Steven wrote: "Barb, according to my math, your post adds up to 7,842 and you have it at 7,721? I had 7,707 before you added your last 135 pages?"Let me go back and add up all the numbers again ... I suspect I added incorrectly somewhere in the last few days! Be right back ...
Yes it is. I forgot to add some of yesterday's pages to my total for the day, so those were missing from today's total too.
I've just woken up, Steven, and will update after I've had my shower ;)By estimation, I read another 90ish pages.
Sorry that took a little longer than expected. There were kitty related issues that needed taking care of. But I'm updated and finished. Even wrote finished on the edited post ;)
Great job, everyone! Too bad we can't keep up this reading pace all the time, we'd overtake the 3rd place team in no time :)
I'm going to try to keep it up... Of course, it's the same pace I've had since April 12... As much as I can! :)I would love for us to finish in the top three overall!!!

What place are we in now?
I think we are still waiting on some final updates but I believe that all the teams close to us have reported in final numbers already.Hopefully that means we won!!!
Steven wrote: "We are in fourth so far, as long as WBY doesn't trade in a bunch of the big book BAP cupcakes. :)"That's awesome! Weren't we stuck between 9th and 6th place for months?!

*crossing fingers, toes and anything else that can be crossed without extreme pain*
Karla wrote: "That's awesome! Weren't we stuck between 9th and 6th place for months?!"We were indeed! Then we all picked up the reading pace AND M. Mango cashed in some of the bonus cupcakes the team has earned, and we jumped up in the standings :)
You can uncross everything now Steven and Bard, gosh, that looks painful.Mango Tango is the read-a-thon winner - official post in a bit
Great job everyone!!! I wonder if we will move into third because of this, we were only about 25 books behind, if I subtracted the right numbers.
Well, I have a book I am halfway done with that I will finish today. I have to read 21 books before the end of the year so I can actually finish the Decade Challenge this time, so I will be reading every free moment I get.
Wow, that's a lot! I have faith in you! You can do it! :DI'm going to try to finish a few of the series I'm in the middle of now AND some of the netgalleys I've put off for too long before the end of the year!
I posted two finished books yesterday which may be the reason for discrepancy of books we were behind ;)
And it helps that we've really gelled as a team lately. IMO, we're peaking at just the right time! But, we have to keep it up, we can't assume that the other teams aren't going to push to the finish :)

Thanks! I got behind because I read things that didn't count for the challenge.
Good luck with getting your series done!
