Yvensong | 68 comments 0-439-36876-6 has been applied to A Living Nightmare... Cirque Du Freak Book 1 -- Scholastic, Inc. version and to The Last Secret by Michael H. Brown.

Yvensong | 68 comments I have added this edition to Goodreads. I guess I'm supposed to post link here to have it combined with the other editions of the novel.

http://www.goodreads.com/review/new/6...

Also, I guess I should have listed the ISBN applied to this edition to the notes?

Thanks

mlady_rebecca | 591 comments I'm not sure why you are adding a new edition unless it's to add an alternate cover image.

This version of the book was published in 2002 by Scholastic. Does it match in all but the ISBN?

And, yes, without having a note saying why you added a version without an ISBN, it is likely that a Librarian will remove it in the future.

Yvensong | 68 comments Hi mlady_rebecca,

The version I have has a different ISBN, as per 1st message, was published in NY instead of Canada, and has a very different cover. The cover is very similar to this hardcover version, http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/73...

I was hoping to get this version in, since I would like to be able to have accurate information for swapping purposes.

Thanks!

Amy (amyhageman) | 57 comments Yvensong,
Just out of curiousity, was the ISBN from the scholastic book on the back book cover - or from the inside copyright page of the book?

I have noticed that sometimes on Scholastic books, those ISBN numbers don't match. In most cases, the ISBN on the copyright page is one that actually matches the book.

Yvensong | 68 comments Hi Amy,

The ISBN was on outside and inside cover. Also, if you type in the ISBN in Google or other search engine, both this book and the other book will come up. There are a few stores that have this book for sale, though none have a picture of the cover.

Gustavo (gusramirezb) | 17 comments Hello everybody... have the opposite problem: have a copy of a version exactly like this (El sari rojo) and its ISBN13 has the same numbers, but in a different order (9788432231977). I googled both isbn and the same book comes up (the one I have was found only in Chilean libraries)... is it possible that the ISBN was issued specifically for Chile? Should I add it as a different version? Any ideas?
Already left a librarian note in the book's page, just in case...

Yes.

Sounds like a good idea.
