Follow the instructions in post #4 here if you wish to make the new cover Primary and therefore show first in searches.

Do you want your books to show in the Dedbridge series? If so, what is the order for them?

Thanks Emy. I don't want to list the books in a series as yet.

As this is just an additional cover (rather than a separate format) should I now combine the 2 editions into one?

I combined them on creation, sorry, should have made that clear :)
