Question about a novel

I have an author who's book title, cover, and description has completely changed, but it is the same book, just has been refreshed. So, does this mean a new version of the book should be added? It has the same ISBN, just basically got a full makeover.

Any insight on how to fix this would be awesome!

Would a new edition simply fix this?

If the book has been published in the previous format than then new edition should be added without the ISBN and combined with the original.
