I received the book in the mail today! I've started reading and Taylor is right it is interesting. The concept of everyone having an ability is intriguing yet it seems very modern day and easy to relate to (view spoiler)[like the parents divorcing, boy and friend troubles etc (hide spoiler)] I'm looking forward to reading the rest, apparently I've heard good things about the ending, so we shall see? Has anyone started reading Pivot Point?

I'm about 150 pages in and facing the dilemma of Trevor or Duke? (view spoiler)[ also I'm finding the 'poison' guy very suspicious. I feel like something's going to happen to Laila. <\spoiler> (hide spoiler)]

Well I finished Pivot Point this afternoon. The ending was a bit of a roller coaster of emotions for me. Is anyone else reading it or have read it?

So I'm in the very beginning when she is starting to look into her future. I kind of already know who she "picks"" because a while back someone ruined for me in a review saying it was "obvious" what was going to happen. Yeah, for you! Anyways I like that there's all these different powers in the world. Football guy seems sort of nice. I mean he keeps on trying to get her attention. I don't know why he had to hit her on the head to do so but she does seem stubborn.

I was having the same reaction, then I found out there is a sequel!!! It comes out in February.

[Lisa]

I KNOW. When she asked (view spoiler)[ Laila to erase both memories I nearly threw my book across the room. I just wanted it to happen so bad! (hide spoiler)] have you read the summary of the sequel on goodreads?
