The political maneuvering, the backstabbing, and reverting else was done with such precision, layering, ..."I must have been under a rock that I didn't know TWD was back or that Netflix released the next season of House of Cards.
Willow wrote: "I don't have a lot of time for TV, but I do make time for The Walking Dead and Doctor Who. Of course there will never be another David Tennant. The 10th Doctor will always be my fav!
Last weeks ..." I sure hope the Rick who's sucking it is a character on TWD (Which I haven't watched)
I tried the first few and just wasn't into it. Love True Detective, House of Cards, and almost everything on the WB, but I just couldn't get into TWD
We started TWD as something random to watch when we ran out of everything else. We ended up really getting into it. Rick's lingering like a bad smell though.
I'm late since Netflix only released the dvd like a few weeks ago, but I'm watching season 3 of Games of Thrones. (view spoiler)
Oh and in between, while waiting for Netflix, I'm watching Alphas...

They just put up the final episodes of Breaking Bad. I finished that recently. They put up 2 new seasons of Burn Notice also. Catching up on that before watching the new season of House of Cards.
Rick wrote: "Banshee on Cinemax is Awesome! The show that just aired Friday was one of the best directed, best edited, and visually stunning shows i think I've ever seen on TV...and I've done TV production for..."I love it, too. It's just brutal. I'm actually surprised it's not more popular, but very few people seem to have heard of it...
Rick wrote: "And Hannibal started up again last night. It was awesome, one of the best shows on tv"YES! I love Hannibal. And Bates Motel is back too! So you can really get your serial killer itch scratched. ;)
Natasha wrote: "Rick wrote: "Banshee on Cinemax is Awesome! It was the same thing with House of Cards season 2 there were a whole bunch of different directors including Jodie Foster, who by the way directed the absolute wist episode of the series, and Robin Wright who had a great episode.
I'm probably the only one who notices such small things but some episodes are so much better than others that it really makes a difference.
Cinemax has been putting on some great shows. Banshee, Strike Back, and Hunted are all awesome. More action and better stories than on a lot of what's on HBO (Boardwalk Empire....)
If I can ever get my Netflix membership started up again I definitely want to check out House of Cards. It's on my list. :)
Rick wrote: "You know there are different directors for each episode and the entire series is great, but certain episodes stand completely alone from the others based on the director of that episode, so I'm kind of keeping a watch on who's directing what."I hadn't noticed that, even though the opening credits are just beautiful. I really should pay more attention to the words on screen...
Does anyone go back and watch older shows no longer on the air? I can't find anything, so far, to compare with The Closer and The Killing.
Bisky wrote: "I friggin love boardwalk empire lol"I can respect that, but even you have to admit there are more than one episode where things just drag on without much happening...
Even Game of Thrones has episodes that are not greatly interesting...before all hell breaks loose and you have the Red Wedding that leaves your jaw on the floor
Kelly wrote: "I am currently sucked in Continuum...so good!"I like Continuum too. For one thing, I'm very okay with any and all things Rachel Nichols. (swoon) But it's also a really cool show with a good cast and lots of crazy twisty scifi plots all happening at once. Glad it's coming back for a 3rd season.
How many shows start off with the phrase 'My name is...'? I know of two - Arrow and Burn Notice, but I think there are more. Any idea?
Natasha wrote: "How many shows start off with the phrase 'My name is...'? I know of two - Arrow and Burn Notice, but I think there are more. Any idea?"I blame eminem on this issue.
Kamil wrote: "I blame eminem on this issue."Lol! A little bit of Slim Shady in everyone. I remembered another show: Tomorrow People.
It's funny that Tomorrow People and Arrow are on the list because those dudes are actual brothers...
Nicole wrote: "@Natasha My name is Earl? Lol"Haven't seen that one! Do we also get introduced to Earl in every single episode? It's becoming annoying.
@Rick: Really?? Is Tomorrow People also based on a graphic novel? What are the odds?
You know my favorite show's main protagonist each and every episode introduces himself as the doctor, so I never noticed this "my name is" trend

Natasha wrote: "How many shows start off with the phrase 'My name is...'? I know of two - Arrow and Burn Notice, but I think there are more. Any idea?"haha I don't know, my favorite little narrative beginning though is on Person of Interest. Michael Emerson says "You are being watched." oooo hehe
Claire wrote: "@Rick I believe that Robbie and Steven Amell are cousins that share the same last name."You could be right... I just saw the last name and thought they looks alike

The best open for any show is Supernatural! It just poofs on, then right back off, and then your on into the show without the need for anything extra.
Watching Sleepy Hollow, Reign, Haven when it comes back on, Twisted. I guess a few night shows. Lol What happens most of the time is we do catch up on on demand.
I am really digging the second half of season 3 of Once Upon a Time. And I absolutely love Lana Parilla. She is so deliciously evil, whenever I watch her I find myself curling my toes with glee.
I hate huge cliffhangers BUT that should be a good sign that the series is returning the next year. :P
I asked one of the actors on twitter if he was really dead. He didn't reply :[
But sometimes they never return :I
But sometimes they never return :I
Ohh lol they are not allowed to give spoilers. :/
Ok... so one of the shows you're watching, someone dies and it wasn't expected... Hmm I wonder which show it is.

What do you mean Carl? Sorry... do you mean old series I'm watching or what series people Bisky watched where people died?
Ohh ok.. yeah I've watched that old one when it actually came out. Loved Perlman as Vincent. To be honest, he didn't need a huge make over to turn him into the beast, but he made such a wonderful Vincent.
No, I'm watching the new series. I didn't think I would like it but I'm loving it. <3
