The Bipolar Workbook question

Was just assigned this workbook by my psychiatrist. This is a first, I think. Originally diagnosed for MI in late '90s; often was given recommended reading material books from therapist, but never MD managing my meds. Pleased with effects since resuming treatment last November, but there is still some lingering depression. I'm ten months in re-establishing course of treatment after nearly two years off meds & management of MI due to lack of finances & insurance.
