Even though you set the normal price for all markets in one spot, it appears you have to push them to permafree it on every market's site individually.I've seen sales on the US market of $0.99 when the book is clearly listed as free. And I've seen other bizarre pricing changes.
I've kind of given up on trying to understand how they do things.
