well, I went to the doctor and I have really low iron so I have to take some iron medication. hopefully it'll raise and thankfully it wasn't lower then the 100 mark, otherwise it would be pretty bad.

Ok. This may sound childish. But I'll spit it out.

I'm always nervous when I go to the doctors. So I did my method of imagining myself either at the Asgardian Healers Room or the Avengers Lab Room. Those are the only things that keep me from getting nervous.

I took a blood test a couple of days ago and it kinda felt funny, so I don't really mind them :) but I never take flu shots so I don't know if those feel different.

I have good and bad news. I always like to start with the bad, so here goes....
So my dads cousins wife has cancer and is kind of dying :( (one of the nicest women I have ever met). Please pray for her guys.
The good news is that my aunt and uncle are coming over now and I haven't seen them in a year. I hope they bring my cousin and her baby.

We do vaccinations and it was about six months since my last one. I hate shots but now i am much better at them just taking calming breaths.

yeah, if you don't take shots or vaccines then you build up your immunity naturally. actually, every year viruses change so the shots don't actually protect you that much.

It's true! Plus some vaccines can stop fertility and cause health problems.
