Why can't you sleep?

I don't know. I might have a touch of insomnia.

I have those dreams occasionally.

I don't know what's wrong with me. I've tried everything that is supposed to make you fall asleep, and nothing worked.

I'm sorry.

I always do that when I'm looking for ways to fall asleep, and I have come across the weirdest techniques. There was one where you had to do a specific breathing pattern and on the eighth breath you would fall asleep. I was skeptical but desperate so I tried it anyway. Surprise surprise, it didn't work.

It's ok... I just avoid sleep as much as I can.

Yeah. That wouldn't work. It's too quick and too specific on when you would fall asleep.

I knew it, but I didn't want to believe it. The person who wrote the article said she was told this by her yoga instructor or something.

There was definitely some hope still left in me that was hoping it actually worked until I read that it would only take thirty seconds. But I was desperate enough to where I tried it anyway. And thanks :)

Well my books are so over due I am surprised I haven't had some horrible thing happen to me. I feel so guilty about it too. Every time I see the stack I feel shame.

Also that is another reason I haven't been reading. lately because I haven't been able yo go to the library AT ALL!!! Nor have I been able to buy any books!

oh no! you should talk to the librarians, maybe that'll lower your fines?
our libraries are all on strike, but I have like 6 books that I haven't read, so hopefully I'll start those soon.

Yea I don't think I have a fine yet. They haven't sent a letter nor email saying I have fines just that they are over due. It is called a free library though so maybe that is why.
