Audible Program Onebook

I saw on another website Audible has a new program called Onebook. It allows you to recommend a book to someone thru the Audible app and the first recommendation they except is free. Details https://mobile.audible.com/onebook-ho....
It's in Beta and not available for all users.

I checked the app and I'm not in the Beta program so I can't send anything. :(

When I checked my app last night, I had a notice for this program so I can give out any book from my library to anybody. We should coordinate and see what I have that any of you might be interested in. The first book any of us accepts is free. :)

So you didn't get the notice via email? I don't think I have the app, I use Audible Manager and sideload onto my Sandisk. Unless you're talking about Audible Manager? Sorry to sound clueless! :)

Okay, I did a little looking and think I get it now. I don't use ios or android, I'm one of the few people on the planet who have a windows phone, so I don't think I can do this.

Oh, it has the app, but when I clicked on the link in the OP it said you can share the OneBook peogram through your ios or Android apps. Don't know if the windows app is different?

I have an iPod Touch but the program is still not available to me. Could be because I'm not in the USA.

Only available in the US and you need to have the latest version of the app.

I'll create a shelf with the books I have and anybody in the US that's interested can PM me with your Audible email.

Hey guys - here's my ONEBOOK shelf. I can't believe I own more than 200+ audiobooks! If you are interested in any of the audios, just PM me your email address and the book you want, and I can send it to you. :)

A few things to note:
1. You only get ONE book for free overall (not per person so once you choose your book you cannot get another one via this program.)
2. If you don't have an Audible account already, I don't know what Audible will ask of you (I'm thinking they'll ask you to set up an account at least.)
3. Only available in the US

If you're interested in a book, don't wait too long to ask me for it. This program is in Beta so who knows how much it will last!

I haven't listened to everything I own but if you want a suggestion, please let me know. :)

That's one of the things I've always hated about Audible...that you cannot share your books! So I'm excited to being able to try this out.

It now seems to be out of beta as it showed up on the main splash for me today.

I don't really have any real life friends who listen to audiobooks but I'd be willing to send some if people wanted. Maybe we could do a list of some sort?

I just checked and I have 175 audiobooks at audible.

Most are romances with a few mysteries.

PM me if U see something you'd like to listen to. I might have it. I have over 900+ audios, this is not my complete list linked below.. I've updated this shelf on and off over the last 4 years. PNR, YA, C, HR and a few suspense, mysteries or biographies included (BULK though is Romance). Big series were I have all or mostly all the books, In Death and Outlander. (Excellent narrators both). I'm a serial reader meaning if I like a book/author I usually have more than one. By my count I probably have 300+ that I haven't listened to yet.
