Updated series title doesn't show on author page?

I've updated a series title and deleted a series. When viewing the series independently everything looks great. But when I look at the author page the old series title still shows, as well as the deleted title.

This is the author page:

and if you click on "Series by C.M. Stunich" you'll see that the list changes (new title and deleted series).

Anyone have an idea of how/why this is happening & how to fix it?

That part of the author page is heavily cached. It can take a few days for the changes to show.

If you are still having the problem after 2-3 days of the change, you should post to the Feedback Group so the staff can look into it:

While changing the name of a series is fine, the old series name should be added to the description field ("previously known as Old Series Name"), and any editions with the old series name on the cover should not have that information removed from their title line.

And a valid series should not be deleted.

A valid series was not deleted.
The series that was deleted was part of the series with the name change. All the editions with the old series name have been updated.
All of the updates have been made at the request of the author.

This should not have been done, and I am working on undoing those edits.

Once new editions with new covers have been added, those editions can certainly have the new series info on their title lines and the author may set them as the defaults. But data for already published editions should not be changed.
