Has anyone else read This Crumbling Pageant? I LOVED it

I wasn't sure what to expect when I picked up this fantasy novel, but it's gotten some great reviews lately. It turned out to be an amazing story and I can't wait for the next one to come out. This book has some old school elements and the cover looks pretty 'old school fantasy' to me, but it didn't get bogged down in the slow pacing and long-winded descriptions common to a lot of older fantasies.

Has anyone else read this? What did you think?
