So the t/l stands for time/length. The time is what time we start reading, and the length is how long we read for.
Eg :00 for 20. The :00 means that we start our sprint on the hour, and the 'for 20' shows that we read for 20 minutes. So we sprint from :00 (on the hour) to :20 (20 past). Does that make sense?
