Butternut or acorn squash recipes?

I love butternut squash. I have two great recipes - one for butternut squash risotto, and one for butternut squash soup - that I make a lot. I'm looking to branch out a little. Does anyone have any squash recipes they can share? I'm most familiar with butternut and acorn squash, but I'm open to other types as well...

My old-standby is a soup, as well - perhaps it's different from your recipe? It's for butternut *or* acorn, and it's made with lentils & apples. It's fabulous! If that's different and you're interested, I found the recipe here.

I've also got a flyer from a local grocery store that has 5 squash recipes on it. I've never tried them, so I can't recommend them per se, but I can type them in if you're interested. They are: Apple Cranberry Squash, Winter Squash Soup, Squash Souffle, Whipped Winter Squash, and Squash Stuffed Peppers.
