Ivan Kušaković First when I read this book I stopped from first try with smoking. I was not smoking one month, but on 15. day I take if I can remember one smoke. And on 30. day I thought that I am not addicted anymore and take one whole cigarette. I started again.

This sunday at about 12AM i finish last smoke and now I am again not smoking (just because i read book). First time i stopped also after reading it to the end but I haven't listen to advice FOR ONE SMOKE, FOR ONE CIGARETTE etc.

Now its something much different!

I think I can beat this now till the end of my life!

This book for sure is changing life!

Regards!

Irissska I agree with your post. Just want to add some words. The main reason people start smoking again after reading this book is that they think, oh, it was so easy and I don't want to smoke at all, if I smoke just 1 cigarette nothing will happen. Don't fool yourself. No cigarettes anymore. You don't want to smoke anymore so just enjoy this. And this book works only if you really want to give up; believe me, It is an easy way to stop smoking. I was in despair and very skeptical about this book when I started reading it. And I was the most surprised and happy person when I finished the book, I stopped smoking and didn’t have any withdrawal pangs. So if you want to stop, give it a try.

Irissska Oh, and just one more thing - I didn't feel the book worked until almost the last page. So don't be disappointed if you have read 2/3 and still not sure you will be able to stop. Read it till the end!

Kevin Izworski Almost 4 months and no smoking. It's boring, tedious, repetitive, but it works. Stick with it, read it to the end... read it again if you have to.

I never thought of myself as someone to buy in to the self help type of book, but if you drop your guard a little you can let it work.
