I need some advice

I am helping German authors whose books have been translated into English. With on ene of those there is a problem: http://www.amazon.com/Killing-is-easy...
There are two reviews with one star - making it 4/3. Therefore I can't find any more reviewers and I can't run paid promotions without more reviews... stuck. Any ideas on this? And whoever would like to have a copy of the book can have a mobi file.

Hi Susanne! Have you listed this book under our ARR program? It's where authors provide readers a free copy of their books in exchange for an honest review posted on Goodreads, Amazon, B&N, etc.. You'll find the ARR section on our main page by scrolling down a bit.
