Kathy I just finished East of Eden by John Steinbeck. I loved it. There were so many themes to explore about good versus evil. I really enjoyed his theory of "timshel " which he deduces from the different interpretations of the Cain and Abel story in the Bible. Are we destined to sin or do we have a choice? Fantastic book.
