I cannot remember the author/name of a series - HELP :-(

Hi, I cwnnot remember the titles and author of a series I read a while ago. It was set in a post apocalyptic earth, with aliens and androids. In one, the android was forced to sleep with victims. In another, an Alien prince starred. The writing and details of the post apocalypse was excellent and I really want to pick up reading it again. Thanks for any help x
