Ok I have a proposal. This is entirely up to you. I have an Agent named Joey Salmons that I haven't really done anything with. He's 18. Safia has Ben Salmons who is 17 and WTS. She hasn't rped him much either. I don't know if maybe you'd want to join that? The only issue would be the last name situation. Up to you. I'll link the boys.
I'm fine with Joey being her brother. They aren't super close since he left for the agency since she's WTS

The different last names isn't a big deal...it can be credited to the fact that their parents re-married each other and they kept their last names. Maybe Ben can be a cousin? And Catalina (my 10 year old) meets up with him at the WTS base which is where Elizabeth are heading

added more siblings to my old character, idk where the old rper went for mogan's sister Eralynn but could someone else make Eralynn please (preferably someone who will be active enough to the point that I don't delete your name from right next to the character when i mention who rps the character). Also I would like to have active people that rp his sister Tracy, brother Ryan and the other brother Karl. Karl is the youngest just so you know and he has to be twins with tracy. And if you want one of them can have powers, but I recommend nothing too weird. But the can be rebels if you want or not. So long as they stick together with their siblings because their parents are no longer living due to the whole end of the world thing.
