"Woah," Melody said, "I've heard of you before. Briefly, because I didn't live in England, but nonetheless...how did it feel, being famous?"
Melody regarded the girl. She'd heard something else about the Graysons, but she couldn't quite recall what. Instead, she said, "What's your first impression of the school?"
"It is, isn't it? My first impression was that it was very creepy." Melody leaned forward to whisper. "I kind of have an active imagination, but it feels like someone is always watching us."
"Yeah, it's also suspicious because we were altaken at the same time, same night and that freaks me out"
"I have a feeling they aren't done kidnapping us..." Melody laughed at a sudden thought. "It feels like some wacko horror movie, as if the actor will shout out 'Cut!' at any moment."
"Agreed, lets hope my dorm mate isn't crazy"
"I hope she isn't, for your sake," Melody said, "but aren't you used to some crazies, growing up in a circus?"
"A bit we didn't have crazies, I hope my adopted dad doesn't panic"
Melody hadn't thought of how her parents would react. "Yeah, they must be taking it pretty hard. I wonder if we'll end up on milk cartons?" Melody said, a weak attempt at a joke.
"More likely my picture around the world knowing the guy who adopted me"
Melody smiled. "He seems like a nice guy."
((Batman, anyone?))"Oh, I've...never really heard of it," Melody said, frowning. She didn't pay attention to industries, plus she'd lived in another country.
"Do you want to go somewhere else?" Melody asked. "Maybe around the island or the school? I haven't been to many places yet."
"I've heard there's a waterfall somewhere around the island."
Cullen walked into the hallway. He looked around. He was confused.
Cherry stepped into the hallway and looked around to see a person, she almost went back to her dorm, but she was frozen where sh was.
Cullen went over to Cherry. "Hi." He said to her. He was a taller than her since he was 18.
Cherry looked up at Cullen while hugging the wall. the first thought that came into her mind was- "so tall" she whispered just loud enough for Cullen to hear
He chuckled. "I guess I am tall." He said. Cullen held his hand out. "I'm Cullen."
"I-i'm Charlotte, but my friends call me Cherry" she replied putting out her hand, which was much smaller
He shook her hand. "Nice to meet you." He said smiling.
Cherry smile, this Cullen guy seemed friendly enough.
Cullen looked at her. "So do you know why we are here?" He asked her.
She lost her smile while shaking her head "No, I don't know anything, and the worst part is i didn't finish my chores that i needed to get done to get this really cute dress i wanted, and now I'll NEVER get it!" she whined exaggerating the "never" part.
"I'm sure they have fabric here somewhere maybe." He said.
"maybe" she said with a sigh "It's only been two hours and I am already homesick!"
He hugged her. "I know it's hard." He said. "But I'm sure we will all survive."
She hugged him back even though she just met him, he reminded her of her brother.
Cullen looked at her. "So what do you like to do for fun?" He asked.
"uhh, um, err, eh, uh" she stammered, she had know idea that there was anything to do, she only saw the dorms and this hallway.
"I don't know either." He said. He sighed.
"We can explore" she smiled trying to cheer up, she always liked exploring, it was fun.
"Ok." He said. "Where would you like to explore?"
"I...dont know... Let's go that-a-way!" she said pointing to a random direction, ran a little ways in the direction and turned back for Cullen's consent
He nodded and jogged over to her.
Cherry smiled and continued running, this hall seemed to go on forever, she was used to her small elementery school, she just got into middle school before getting kidnapped.
He jogged beside her. Cullen smiled. He was happy to have met someone.
after a while of running cherry got tired, low stamina was never a good thing, she looked about to see a door seemingly leading outside. "let's go in there!" she said.
Cullen nodded. "Ok." He said.
