Click "some html is ok" on the top right of the comment box; it explains there. Basically, 1. Grab the img url of your gif/picture (on Chrome you right click and select copy img url; I don't know about other internett-y things)
2. Type/copy the following:
<_img_src=PUTIMAGELINKHERE>
Minus the _s.
3. Paste the image link into PUTIMAGELINKHERE.
