I liked the first one but I read it some years ago so I don't remember a lot... but I hope to catch up! :)

chapters 1-12 (view spoiler)[I like that the chapters are shorts and that they had titles! And I like also the e-mails :) I found them sweet and funny! Zuzana, Liraz and Hazael seems funny but I was wondering where was Karou. In the firt 11 chapters she is absent, but then the things seem to go all right! (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ So glad Zuzana and Mik are back! The story was taking a depressing turn with Akiva, Karou, and Zuze & Mik all separated. At least 3 out of 4 are now happily reunited. Now if Akiva could just figure out a way to make Karou forgive him....
Then again, now we have Ziri the new love interest. What a sweet guy, despite the awful things he's been through working for Thiago. I think Akiva/Karou are totally going to be endgame but I might cry for Ziri when he gets his heart broken :( (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ Oh man. Akiva and Karou finally reunited and it went so, so badly. My heart breaks for them both - Karou hating herself for not truly hating him and Akiva convinced he can never again be worthy of Karou. I so want them to be together, but the issues keeping them apart are totally valid. I support Karou's decision to turn him away. I guess painful separation will have to do for now.
At least Issa is back. Hopefully the combination of Issa, Zuzana, and Mik will help lighten the book from here on out and help me forget that I'm in love with Akiva. (hide spoiler)]
